WILLOW GROVE DENTISTRY SCHEDULING POLICY
At Willow Grove Dentistry, we strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!
We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. We also offer in-house financing and payment plans through CareCredit® and Chase Health Advance for patients who qualify, because we understand that it can be difficult to find quality dental care at a cost that fits your budget. Our goal at Willow Grove Dentistry is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients—regardless of age, income, and dental needs—can receive the care they need and desire.
Many of our patients at Willow Grove Dentistry have some type of dental insurance, and we are in-network for most PPO plans. Please bring your card and insurance information with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
